I am pretty thrilled with the service, portion size, and overall appearance of this spot! I am a connoisseur of pho, and this spot is definitely passing the test!

Great Staff!! So attentive!!! Kind and personable! *reminder you pay for check at register.

Also fantastic clean and good location, lots of parking- although it was so busy that most was full. We went on a Tuesday mid day and it was packed! I think that speaks to its popularity and fandom.

I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of everyone's actions. Constantly making sure everyone was being tended too. Whoever is doing the hiring here I have a lot of claps for them!

In the past, we have always ordered from DoorDash or something, but we have never dinned in the restaurant before. I think today was a great first experience. Hot pho was delicious. The fried egg roles are also worth trying too though! Poking forward to more tastes!

I am not saying the food is bad. It is not. But it is not Authentic Vietnamese food. It is Americanized Vietnamese food.

If you order ANY noodle or vermicelli dish in Vietnam, you get a huge pile of Vietnamese herbs. I ordered a vermicelli dish here and did not even get a sprig of basil.....which is IN THEIR NAME.

Instead, I got 60% vermicelli, 30% Iceberg lettuce and bean sprouts and some slices of cucumber....(all American ingredients...NOT Vietnamese) and 10% meat.

It is the herbs in Vietnamese cooking that make it unique. At least put in some basil!!

aanother new pho place on everett mall way? Must check it out!!!  Very chic inside, kind of felt like you were sitting in a downtown Pho place with all the cute furniture and decorations around the place

It actually took us a while to go try this new place out just because there's so many other options around the area and we just love so many other places more to float away from them.

We ordered the Pho , spring rolls, and a rice plate with pork.

Pho - Kind of had a weird taste to it... Almost like too much star anise and cloves inside the broth. Not really my cup of tea as I prefer a meatier feeling. Yes their beef was super fresh and the portions were huge, but including the herbs and the soup and the chilli oil on the table, this was a No for me.

Rice plate with grilled pork - More like stir fried pork with rice, as the plate came out looking more like teriyaki than vietnamese food. Taste was good (esp the sauce) but not really worth the price as I would rather go get Terayaki

Spring Rolls - Really good and surprising actually !!! if I recall correctly, the spring rolls don't have any green veggie in it which was kind of odd to me, but everything taste bomb inside the spring roll.

We walked in and were greeted right away and shown to our table. The server that brought our menus was very friendly and helpful and took the time to describe some of the dishes and make some recommendations which we took. The Pho special was delicious and glad we ordered the regular size instead of the large because it was huge! We also ordered the pork chops which came as two thin chops cooked perfectly and served over rice. Delicious flavor and presentation. We also had shrimp spring rolls as appetizers and they were perfect! Served with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. The only negative is that I asked to start with this appetizer but it didn't come until after they brought the main course. Still delicious and a great dining experience overall. Go check this place out!

This Pho restaurant was delightful. When you walk into the door, you get introduced to a medium-sized restaurant that looks way more modern than your average local Pho restaurant. This place is filled with puns on their signs. ex: wait pho your seat. It was very fun reading those.

We had a large group of 10 and they had to make arrangements to seat all of us which went pretty smooth.

Food came out great, pretty quick and all at the same time. The pho was delicious, I got the house special dac biet pho and the broth was hot and refreshing.
You cannot go wrong with a nice bowl of pho after a long night of fun.

The reason why this isn't a 5 star is that some of the employees lacked the customer service skills, no one checks up on you or refills water especially when half the tables waters were almost empty. And also the price, It is pretty expensive than most places.

Overall, food was delicious can't go wrong with delicious food!
